Our Program

Designed for students planning to pursue a professional career in Interior Design. Our B.F.A. degree program in interior design emphasizes a three-dimensional approach to creating humane, enabling, and ecologically sensitive interior environments for living, working, and recreation.

Within this professional program you will learn to design for a wide range of interior spaces, including residential, commercial, public, and healthcare, all while becoming proficient in computer-aided design and presentation expertise. Students are encouraged to develop their own individual approach to creatively solving design problems that meet their client’s aesthetic and functional needs.

Contemporary issues such as sustainability, health and life safety codes, universal design, global design, and human factors are emphasized.
